Q: Do you have a showroom or physical store? How can I see or try on Milla Milla dresses?

A: At the moment we only have an online store, with a warehouse in Bucharest, so there is no possibility to try with us. But you can try it on at home, after you buy it on the website, and we can help you choose the size if you contact us by email, messenger or Whatsapp. We remind you that you can return a product within 14 days from the moment you received it.

 

Q: Model X on size Y is no longer available. When will you restock?

A: All our products are small series, meaning between 15 and 30 pieces per model (with all sizes included). Once sold out, the stock is not replenished. I suggest you subscribe to the Newsletter, because we release new products in all sizes in stock quite often, and that way you will be the first to know.

 

Q: I bought a product and I would like to exchange it, and on the website under the Returns section it says that an exchange cannot be made, why?

A: If you want to exchange a product, this can only be done by buying a new one and returning the wrong one. Unfortunately, we do not have a system to manage a product exchange, that is, the blocking of a product from sale, until the other arrives back.

Q: I want to pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. May?

A: The only payment method accepted on our website is payment by card. We use the payment application stripe.com which is one of the safest in the world. No one has access to your bank or card details. Your security is very important to us.

 

Q: How are the French sizes? 

A: French sizes are offset, meaning one size smaller. If you don't know which size fits you, but also for greater accuracy in choosing the size, we advise you to contact us via Whatsapp/phone +40722788450 or email with bust and waist circumferences. For each product, you have displayed the SIZE GUIDE on the right of the screen.

 

Q: Can you modify a product for me? I like the X dress but it's too long/short/small/big.

A: We do not modify our products as we do not own a workshop

 

Q: Do you also receive orders? I want a custom dress.

A: We do not make custom dresses as we do not own a workshop

 

Q: Do you deliver to any country?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide via DPD or DHL. You can find all the rates for deliveries here

 

Q: How long does the delivery take? 

A: Payments placed before 12.00 on any working day will be delivered the next day, in Bucharest or in the country. During holidays or when we launch new collections, it can be longer, i.e. up to 4 working days. Please keep this fact in mind when placing an order. We inform you that we cannot deliver a product on the same day or on the weekend.
