It is made of cotton poplin with watercolor flower print. It has a small collar, dropped shoulders and wide sleeves with cuffs. The small pleats in the waist add volume to the skirt, which has a semi-round ending like a shirt hem and a wide bow in the side seam, so it creates an enviable waist! The bow can be tied both in the front and in the back.
