RETURNS
According to the legislation in force, our return policy is valid for 14 days from the day you received the product. If more than 14 days have passed from the day you received the product, we do not offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the product must be unworn, have the cardboard label and seal intact, have a hanger (if included in the order) and a plastic bag (if included in the order) and be in the same condition in which you received it ( no stains, no traces of perfume, no signs of having been worn or washed ), accompanied by the tax invoice or a copy of the invoice, in order to identify the order.
We recommend using the original packaging and making sure to include the complete product in the package, i.e. with cord (if applicable), hanger (if applicable), plastic bag (if applicable).
Attention! Without the invoice, your return will not be processed, as the sales data will be missing.
The returned product must be unworn, unstained, and have the sealed label attached. If this is missing, the return cannot be processed.
You can return the product through any courier service, except for the Romanian Post, and not to the self-service boxes, because they will not be picked up.

Please note that we do not send notifications regarding the receipt of the return. You can see if the package has reached us by tracking the AWB you have from the courier.
Once your return arrives at the warehouse, it is inspected and then included in a report, based on which the refund will be processed.
The money will be returned to the account associated with the card used to make the payment, so there is no need to provide us with your bank account details.
If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically sent to the card account with which the payment was made, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product at our address. You will receive an email notification when the money reversal has been processed. The money will be credited to your account within a maximum of 48 hours, depending on the bank where you have the account and its policies. If the return is not approved, you will also receive an email in which we will explain the reasons.
LATE REFUNDS OR NON-REFUNDATION (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account associated with the card you used to make the payment. Depending on the bank you have your account with, the money can take between 6 and 72 hours to appear. This time frame depends solely on the bank where you have your account.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We replace items with manufacturing defects only if there is another one in stock (same: model/color/size). If there is no other product in stock, a refund will be processed (product cost + shipping cost). Return the defective product to:

RETURN SHIPPING COST
Important! Shipping costs are not refundable when processing returns. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the amount paid and you will only receive back the money paid for the product(s). If you used a discount code, it is applied to the cost of the product, not the shipping cost.
Important! We do not accept packages sent through the Romanian Post.
Send the product only by courier service, to the address indicated above. The courier company is your choice, as the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
