Returns

According to the legislation in force, our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it (no signs of wear or washing and no stains). It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we need the purchase invoice, which must accompany the product.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. That's why it's important to include a copy of the invoice in the return package. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically sent to the account of your card with which you made the payment within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

 

Late refunds or non-refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially appear in your account.

Then contact the bank. Often, there is a processing period before a refund is made.

Discounted items (if applicable)

Only full price items can be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. A direct exchange is not possible. Return the product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

We do not accept parcels sent by Romanian Post. Send the product only by courier to the address indicated above.
